Major Car Accident in Yerevan: One of the Mercedes Turned Over

Today, on May 9, a major car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 3:30 PM, a collision took place between a BMW and two Mercedes vehicles near 22 Norq Marash Street.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, one of the Mercedes cars flipped over as a result of the accident.

Two individuals received first aid at the scene from emergency medical personnel and were subsequently transported to Hospital No. 1.

Officers from the third platoon of the Yerevan division of the police patrol service, led by platoon commander Gor Arakelyan, promptly arrived at the scene. Enhanced services were conducted by senior patrol officer Norair Mayilyan and junior patrol officer Vladimir Alaverdyan from the same platoon.

The patrol service is currently investigating the identities of the drivers and the injured. Representatives from insurance companies also responded quickly to the scene.
