During the altercation, G.P. took a grenade of the type 'RGD-5', which he was illegally possessing and was presumably military ordnance, and with the intent to unlawfully deprive Y.S. of life, launched the grenade towards Y.S.'s feet in a manner that endangered the lives of many, including two other civilians who intervened to stop the dispute. However, due to those present taking cover in adjacent rooms, the crime was not completed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond G.P.'s control.
