A Mercedes Overturns in Gegharkunik Region, Injuries Reported

Today, on November 10, a major traffic accident occurred in the Gegharkunik region. Around 18:30, a 21-year-old resident of Gegharkunik, Karen M., lost control of his Mercedes vehicle on the 50.5 km section of the Sevan-Martuni-Getap highway, causing the car to overturn multiple times.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, Karen M. was transported with bodily injuries to the Martuni medical center, while a passenger, 20-year-old Rudik H. from Gegharkunik, was taken to the Gavar medical center.

Rescuers disconnected the vehicle from the electrical system, closed the gas cylinder, and then pulled the car back onto the roadway.
