Azerbaijanis Fire Upon Tractor Driver in Vayots Dzor Province
In the Vayots Dzor province of Armenia, shots were fired today from Azerbaijani positions at a farmer working on agricultural tasks in the village of Khachik. This was reported to Sputnik Armenia by the administrative head of Khachik community in the Vayots Dzor province, Hovik Smbatyan.
"The tractor driver miraculously escaped unharmed; only the tractor was damaged by the gunfire," said the village head. He also noted that the incident occurred during the day on November 9. The enemy fired from an automatic weapon.
It's worth recalling that on November 8, at 3:00 PM, the Azerbaijani side had also opened fire near a junction close to the entrance of Shushi city in the Republic of Artsakh, targeting civilians who were engaged in construction work on water supply pipes. As a result, four civilians were injured: one was killed, and three others were wounded.
