18+ VIDEO: Prisoners in Novocherepetsk Attempt Self-Immolation on Prison Roof

In the city of Novocherepetsk, Russia, prisoners at Colony No. 14, known as "Khotunok," have made an attempt at self-immolation. This was reported by Lenta.ru.

It is noted that two prisoners climbed onto the roof and warned others about the act of self-immolation. Reports indicate that the burning prisoners were successfully rescued and survived.
