VIDEO: Individuals Arrested for Assaulting Father with Child in Russia

The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, has instructed to reclassify the actions of those who attacked a man with a child in New Moscow as a more serious crime, under the charge of "attempted murder." This was reported by РИА Новости.

"Staff of the Moscow police arrested the third participant of the dispute in the Novye Vatutinki microdistrict," the police stated.

The man who was attacked in New Moscow was with his child and a friend when an altercation ensued with a group of young men. According to Известия, the altercation began after the man accidentally bumped into one of them with his shoulder. This led to a verbal argument followed by a physical confrontation.

It is known that a criminal case has been initiated regarding the assault on a father with a small child by four men in New Moscow. It was noted that all parties involved in the fight have been identified, three have been detained, and all three are Russian citizens from the Orenburg region. Bastrykin has instructed to report on the progress of the investigation.

Earlier, Мк.ру reported that the identities of all individuals who attacked the man with a child in the Novye Vatutinki neighborhood have been established. The media outlet writes that all attackers are 21 years old and of Azerbaijani origin. However, as the child's father reported to law enforcement, the attackers appeared to have Asian features.
