Eight People Killed at 'Squid Game' Themed Halloween Party in Panama

Eight people were killed during a Halloween party themed around 'Squid Game' in Panama. This was reported by TN News.

The incident took place on the morning of October 29. It is believed that a shootout began between two local gangs during the party, resulting in five people being shot dead, with three more bodies discovered in a nearby dumpster. Seven others were injured.

Prosecutor Rafael Baloyes stated that the gunfire began after one of the attendees fired at suspected members of a rival gang called Los Galacticos. Currently, two people have been detained, including the brother of one of the deceased. 'We believe he used the firearm to protect his brother,' said the prosecutor.

Meanwhile, police director John Dornheim noted that some participants had prior convictions resulting from past altercations and had suffered gunshot wounds.
