A powerful explosion has occurred in the administrative center of the Mangystau region, Aktau, Kazakhstan. This is reported by the local city newspaper “Lada,” detailing that the explosion took place at the 'Aianat' café, according to Interfax.

According to media reports, the two-story building has been completely destroyed. The press service of the regional emergency situations department has confirmed the information about the explosion but did not specify the exact building where it occurred. The department added that no information has been received regarding possible casualties.
