Regarding the Armed Forces, over the past three decades, the Defense Army has based all measures aimed at raising combat readiness on the logic of defensive, offensive, and counter-offensive actions. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the 'I Have Honor' faction of the National Assembly, during a meeting with journalists.

Commenting on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statements about creating a professional army, Abrahamyan noted that these should not just be statements written on paper.

“The issue of restoring the armed forces is quite complex, and I do not see that opportunity; I do not see the real desire of the authorities that would allow us to go down that path,” he said.
