115 Identified Bodies and Remains in Mortuaries, Yet Parents Refuse to Claim Them: Arman Garibyan
Arman Garibyan, co-founder of the NGO "Power of Law," wrote on his Facebook page: "Today, there are still 115 bodies and remains identified in mortuaries that parents have not claimed. They refuse to believe that it is their son’s body or remains. They likely hold a secret hope that their child will return. The war entered these people's lives a year ago and has not yet ended."
