Iranians Build Houses in a Village of Artsakh
Iranians have been spotted in the village of Astghashen in the Askeran region of Artsakh. This information was confirmed by the community leader, Arthur Grigoryan, who explained that Iranians are engaged in construction activities in the area.
According to Grigoryan, a company named 'Kapavor,' which was awarded contracts by the government, is carrying out construction works in the village and has employed Iranians as workers. 'They have no connection with either the village or the villagers. They are completely isolated and have no interaction with the locals. They arrive in the morning, work, and leave in the evening to a designated area for themselves. The agreement with the construction company stipulates that they should not have any contact with the villagers,' the village head stated in an interview with the news outlet.
