Weddings Are Being Organized in Artsakh: 'Hraparak'

'Hraparak' newspaper reports: 'Nearly a year after the war, life is returning to its previous pace, and weddings are now being organized in Artsakh. On August 21, the wedding of Vardan Balayan, the representative of the President of Artsakh for special tasks, took place; just weeks earlier, the brother of the National Assembly President Arthur Tovmasyan married off his son.

The wedding of Balayan's son took place without the traditional zurna-dhol music; only brief music was played in the reception hall, and the newlyweds danced a tango. Former Presidents of Artsakh Arkadi Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan were also present.'
