Urgent: NSS Issues Statement on Azerbaijani Side Closing the Karmrakar-Shurnukh Section
The National Security Service of Armenia reports that on August 25th, at around 11:00 PM, the Azerbaijani side closed the Karmrakar-Shurnukh section of the interstate road connecting Kapan and Goris.
Vehicles in this section have been evacuated. Efforts are being made to reopen the road and restore the normal movement of people and vehicles.
