Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense Releases Statement on the Arrest of a Conscripts in Martakert

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense has confirmed the fact that conscript soldier Jamil Babaev has found himself on the Armenian side.

According to the Trend news agency, the country’s Ministry of Defense reported that the serviceman voluntarily left the psychiatric department of a hospital in Ganja (Ganja).

It is noteworthy that earlier, the police of Artsakh reported the discovery and arrest of an Azerbaijani citizen in one of the houses on Teryan Street in the city of Martakert.
