NSS Reports Reopening of Goris-Kapan Road
The National Security Service of Armenia has announced that the Goris-Kapan interstate road sections of Goris-Vorotan and Shurnukh-Karmrakar, which were closed since August 25, have been reopened.
It is reported that the Goris-Kapan interstate road is now open for all types of vehicles and for the free movement of citizens.
