In Ararat province, from 10:00 to 12:00: partial in Nor Kharberd village, Bardzrashen village; from 10:00 to 13:00: in P’k’r Vedi, Tap’erakan villages, partial in Nor K’yank village; from 10:00 to 16:00: partial in Hovtashat village, Zangakatun village, Vardashat, Urcalank villages; partial in Urcadzor village - mobile stations of “VivaCell-MTS,” “Veon Armenia,” “Ucom,” Armenian military units, “Hayeronavigatsia”, Zovashen television station, “Hydromet station” non-residential subscribers; from 10:30 to 16:00: partial in Mkhchyan and Mrgavert villages.

In Vayots Dzor province, from 10:00 to 13:00: partial in Yeghegnadzor city, Andraniq St. and Yerevan highway, Gladzor, Karaglukh, Aghnjadzor, Taratutmb, Hors, Salli, Getap, Shatin, Artabuik, Horbategh, Yeghegis, Getik, Vardahovit, Gokhtanik, Hermon, Arates villages and nearby non-residential subscribers; from 10:30 to 13:30: partial in Jermuk city, Dzakhaphnyan district; from 10:00 to 15:00: in Horbategh village; from 11:00 to 15:00: in G’nishik, Arpi, Mozrov villages and nearby non-residential subscribers.

In Gegharkunik province, from 10:00 to 13:00: in Sevan city, 27-50 Red Army St., 10, 23 Yelenovka St., 33, 43 Shahumyan St. resident subscribers, number 2 “Zartonk” kindergarten and nearby non-residential subscribers; from 14:00 to 17:00: in Sevan city, 14-42 Red Army St., 1-19 Isahakyan St., 2, 4, 5 Spandaryan St., 4, 13, 27 Shahumyan St. private houses, “Anarel” LLC and nearby non-residential subscribers; from 11:00–15:00: in Martuni city, completely Zoravar Andranik and Myasnikyan streets and nearby non-residential subscribers, the entire community of Dzoragyt and nearby non-residential subscribers.

In Shirak province, from 11:00 to 17:00: in Gyumri city, former Kary factory area subscribers.

In Lori province, from 10:00 to 16:00: in Bovha, Uruyt and Sverdlov villages.

In Syunik province, from 10:00 to 16:00: in Harjis, Halidzor villages and nearby non-residential subscribers; from 13:00 to 15:00: in Meghri and Agarak cities, Aygedzor, Tkhkut, Lehvaz, Vardanidzor, Shvanidzor, Nrnadzor, Alvank, Kuris, Karchavan, Lichk, Tashtun, Gudemnis, Vahravar villages and nearby non-residential subscribers.
