Fire at Yerevan Botanical Garden

A fire has broken out at the Yerevan Botanical Garden. This information is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

According to the announcement, the Crisis Management National Center received the alert at 18:59. The report indicated that a grassy area is on fire.

“Three firefighting teams from the Emergency Situations Ministry’s Yerevan rescue department and an operational group from the Firefighting and Rescue Operations Organization Department have arrived at the scene,” the statement said.

The fire was contained by 19:44. Details regarding the complexity of the fire have not yet been disclosed.
