In an interview with ArmDaily.am regarding the direction of Yeraskh, the head of the Kut community in the Gegharkunik region, Sima Chitchyan, stated that the situation was calm during the night. Azerbaijani forces did not open fire or engage in provocations.

The media outlet also established contact with Karine Ishkhanyan, a resident of the Yeraskh community in the Ararat region. She also confirmed that the night was peaceful, and the Azerbaijanis did not fire.

According to other information received by the news outlet from Yeraskh, the Azerbaijanis are demanding that Armenians withdraw from the position located between two Azerbaijani positions. The recent increase in gunfire has been linked to this demand.
