Residents of Tegh Village Collecting Tires to Block Goris-Stepanakert Road, Says Zhanna Aleksanyan

Human rights defender Zhanna Aleksanyan reported on her Facebook page: "Residents of Tegh village in Goris have been ringing the alarm for days about the lack of water, specifically drinking water. Neither 'Veolia Jur' nor the regional administration has been able to resolve this issue. The villagers have even reached out to the Prime Minister during the pre-electoral period. They are in a desperate situation and were very agitated while speaking. Now they are collecting tires to block the Goris-Stepanakert road. Is it really impossible to address this issue? What kind of disregard is this for an entire village? On top of enduring a tense border situation, you don’t even provide them with a glass of water."
