Azerbaijan Fully Fulfills Its Obligations Under the Trilateral Agreement: Bayramov

One of the main topics discussed today was the implementation of the trilateral agreement. The Azerbaijani side believes that this agreement creates adequate conditions for the development of the region and contributes to the emergence of new realities. This was stated by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, according to haqqin.az.

Furthermore, the Azerbaijani official emphasized that Azerbaijan fully complies with the obligations outlined in the trilateral statement signed on November 10. “As an example, one can mention the conditions created by the Azerbaijani side for the provision of humanitarian assistance to Artsakh. According to the trilateral agreement, Azerbaijani soldiers also participated in the search operations for the bodies of fallen Armenian servicemen under winter conditions. The Azerbaijani side has also provided assistance in the search for the deceased. Immediately after the signing of the agreement, Azerbaijan fulfilled its obligations by ensuring a secure route through its territory. We highly appreciate Russia's role in the implementation of the trilateral agreement. Our main discussions are related to the establishment of communications. We also highly value the establishment of a monitoring center based on the trilateral agreement,” said Bayramov.

Additionally, the Foreign Minister noted that the Azerbaijani side appreciates the Russian initiatives regarding the de-mining of territories.
