Negotiations with Azerbaijani Side Scheduled Today at 12 PM in Lake Sevan Area, Says Goris Deputy Mayor

Yesterday morning, Azerbaijani armed forces crossed the state border of the Republic of Armenia in that area, advancing up to 3.5 kilometers. This was stated by Nikol Pashinyan during the Security Council meeting.

Today, Goris Deputy Mayor Menua Hovsepyan told Tert.am that Lake Sevan remains under enemy control. In a recent conversation in Goris with a Tert.am correspondent, Hovsepyan stated, “Negotiations are scheduled with the Azerbaijani side shortly at 12:00 PM.”
