Criminal Case Initiated Against Me in Azerbaijan: Karen Hovhannisyan

Military expert Karen Hovhannisyan has written on his Facebook page: … A criminal case has been initiated against me in Azerbaijan. This was reported by Temur Aliyev, a senior specialist at the State Center for Strategic Studies of Baku, who informed Nairi Hohikyan by letter, who also has a criminal case against him. Arman Tatoyan and Sofia Hovsepyan have not been excluded from the criminal case.
