Aliyev Signs Decree Regarding Shushi
The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has signed a decree on declaring the city of Shushi as the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, according to Azerbaijani media reports.
It has been noted that the government has been tasked with addressing the issues arising from this decree.
