The Armvoice Telegram channel has published excerpts from the meeting between Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Armenian lawyers, where Pashinyan accused Russia of changing the status quo in Artsakh.

“We speak among ourselves; the status quo that we had existed in a way that coincided with Russia's interests. When the situation changed, everything changed. When the time came for us to pay something, it turned out that we either could not, or did not want to pay, or had nothing to pay with because we are bankrupt,” said Nikol Pashinyan.
