Artsakh Human Rights Defender Sends Video Message from Amaras Monastery

Artsakh's Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan has sent a message from the Amaras Monastery. He shared the video of his message on his Facebook page, stating: “On the occasion of International Culture Day, I am sending my message from the Amaras Monastery to international organizations, urging them not to remain indifferent to the crimes committed against Armenian culture and to take action to preserve the ancient Armenian culture, which belongs not only to Armenians but to all humanity.”
