Azerbaijanis Rename Yerevan Streets on Google Maps After Their Heroes

NA member from the "Prosperous Armenia" faction, Naira Zohrabyan, made a Facebook post stating that Azerbaijanis have renamed certain addresses in the center of Yerevan after their heroes.

"On Google Maps, Azerbaijanis have renamed the streets of Yerevan after their heroes. Apparently, I live on a street named after some Polad Hasimov. Keep preaching peace with the Turks," she wrote.

Tert.am has verified and confirmed that location names featuring Azerbaijani names appear on Google Maps in the center of Yerevan. An Azerbaijani name was also found in the area of the village of Ptghunk in Armavir province.
