Azerbaijanis Open Fire on Farmers in Sarushen Village Fields

Recently, Azerbaijanis opened fire towards farmers working in the fields of Sarushen village in Artsakh. This was reported to NEWS.am by Artsakh parliament member Metakse Hakobyan.

“In broad daylight, they fired at citizens working in the field, specifically targeting a tractor in operation. In my opinion, the enemy is exerting pressure to take control of the road leading to Shushi,” she stated.

It is noteworthy that Sarushen village is located near the border, and Azerbaijanis travel through the area towards Shushi every day. The village has been completely repopulated since the war.
