Identity of Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run Near 'Renaissance' Restaurant in Yerevan Revealed

Authorities have identified the pedestrian who was fatally struck by an unknown vehicle near the 'Renaissance' restaurant on Shiraz Street on March 31. According to Shamshyan.com, the victim was 83-year-old Arevhat M., a resident of Yerevan.

As previously reported by a photojournalist at the scene, the incident occurred around 8:00 PM. The driver of a vehicle, which remains unidentified in terms of make and license plate, struck a female pedestrian aged between 60 to 65 years. The victim succumbed to her injuries at the scene, while the driver fled the scene, leaving her unassisted.
