VIDEO: Hrazdan Resident Sees Car Towing a Dog Tied Up

The "Dingo Team" shared a video on their Facebook page with the following caption: "We just received this alarming report. A Hrazdan resident, Susan, sees a car towing a dog that is tied up. They are driving behind the car, stopping it, and trying to untie the dog. The person driving explains that the dog was aggressive, which is why they treated it this way. We have reported this to the police. The dog has not died, but its condition is extremely critical and it is currently on the road to Yerevan. We will bring it to the clinic and will update on its condition.

In a conversation with Auroranews, the police stated that no formal report of a crime has been made, but they have seen the publication and are preparing materials regarding the incident. Later, in an interview, Gohar Manushakyan mentioned that the dog is in a clinic and has undergone several surgeries due to a fractured skull. Broken ribs have punctured the lung and there are lacerations in the rectal area. Manushakyan indicated that an X-ray will be conducted tomorrow to ascertain the fact of a gunshot wound, if the animal survives, of course.
