I am compelled to address the latest disinformation circulating in the press… and say for the 1000th time: stop using Ruben Hayrapetyan's name to generate top news and ensure viewership. The exact location of Ruben Hayrapetyan has always been known to all law enforcement agencies in Armenia, and his search has long been discontinued. This was stated by lawyer Amram Makinyan on his Facebook page.

“Finally, let me remind you to follow only official announcements,” he added.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee had issued a statement indicating that the investigation into the cases of self-justice allegedly committed against the executive body director of the “Arsakh” restaurant and hotel complex belonging to Ruben Hayrapetyan’s family, involving illegal deprivation of freedom, causing severe physical pain and mental suffering, as well as extortion, had completed the preliminary investigation of the separated parts of the criminal case.
