Armenia to Conduct Warning and Evacuation Drills near Two Villages in Turkey's Kars Province
On January 21 and 26, Armenia will conduct warning and evacuation drills in two nearby villages of Turkey's Kars Province, where Turkish-Azerbaijani military exercises are scheduled for February, according to RIA Novosti.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations previously informed that the Shirak Regional Rescue Department will carry out public warning, evacuation, and sheltering measures in the Nor Kyanq community on January 21 from 12:00 to 13:00, and in the Panik community on January 26, also from 12:00 to 13:00.
In cooperation with local self-government bodies, the electrical systems of the mentioned communities will be tested. Residents are advised not to worry.
