Prosecutor Confesses: Grounds Exist for Immediate Arrest of Pashinyan

According to the newspaper, the Chief Prosecutor of Armenia, Artur Davtyan, recently opened up in a narrow personal setting regarding the unfolding events around him. Specifically, according to our source, he indicated that the reports on state treason contain sufficient grounds for initiating a criminal case and pursuing criminal charges against Nikol Pashinyan.

Particularly compelling is the report presented by legal scholars, which legally implies the immediate arrest of Nikol Pashinyan.

Davtyan has expressed concern that he may become a scapegoat in this process; however, understanding all of this, he is unable to take any specific action for fear of creating new threats to Armenia's security.
