A Believer is Coming to Replace the Atheist Minister of Health

Her husband, Stepan Avanesyan, along with Arsen Torosyan, have business interests and are closely associated. Specifically, the company 'Armpharmacia', owned by Avanesyan's husband, has contracts worth 209.5 million AMD with various state bodies, including the ministry and its subordinate organizations.

However, what is noteworthy is that Avanesyan's husband, Stepan Avanesyan, is a preacher for the religious organization 'Rema'. If the minister shares her husband's views on faith, it appears that a believer is indeed replacing an atheist minister.
