VIDEO. Truck Veers Off Road and Slips into Gorge

On January 17, at 14:07, the "911" service was informed that an accident had occurred on the Dilijan-Ijevan highway, where a truck with a trailer had veered off the road and slipped into a gorge.

Emergency teams from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and one firefighting unit rushed to the scene. It was revealed that the MAN truck with a trailer (driver: Albert S., born in 1947) left the roadway at the 105th km of the M-4 highway connecting Yerevan to Ijevan, crashed into a metal guardrail, and slid down into the gorge (approximately 6 meters).

The rescuers de-energized the truck and cordoned off the area.
