Auroranews presents the first footage from inside Erebuni Plaza. The footage shows the hostage-taker laying down his weapon and negotiating with the acting head of the Armenian police, Arman Sargsyan.
It is reported that at 14:40 today, the police received a call about an armed individual at the 'Erebuni Plaza' hotel. Operational groups were immediately dispatched to the scene.
