Driver of BMW Attempts to Escape from Traffic Police on Tigran Mets Avenue

Today, an extraordinary incident occurred on Tigran Mets Avenue in Yerevan. The police attempted to stop a BMW for violating traffic rules. The driver did not comply with the request and tried to flee. His vehicle was eventually blocked.
The situation escalated into a scuffle.
