Video: Individuals Associated with 'Criminal Subculture' Detained

The police have reiterated their commitment to combat the root causes and environment of criminal activity. Every effort is being made to eliminate the criminal subculture and to instill civic values.

In this context, a recent operation was conducted in the capital. Officers from the Yerevan police department and local units identified and detained individuals associated with the criminal subculture on various suspicions.

Searches and vehicle inspections were carried out. Substances resembling marijuana and cold weapons were discovered and seized.

Ongoing and effective measures aimed at ensuring public safety are part of the police’s daily operations, and therefore, the police will remain steadfast in their fight against criminal behavior, continuously implementing special actions aimed at eradicating the false and artificial concepts of 'criminal subculture.'
