In Los Angeles, an emergency landing of a Boeing 777 resulted in injuries to over 60 individuals, predominantly children, due to fuel that was dumped over a school. This was reported by BNO News.
The Boeing 777, which was en route to Shanghai, had to return to Los Angeles International Airport shortly after takeoff due to issues related to its engine. Before performing the emergency landing, the pilots were required to dump excess fuel.
The kerosene was released at the time when school children and teachers were outside. Appropriate assistance was provided to them on the spot.
