Photograph: MP's Car Damaged

MP Artur Hovhannisyan from the 'My Step' alliance reported on his Facebook page, "This morning, I found my car in this condition. I thought perhaps the dogs did it, but I rarely see stray dogs in our yard, and there are no bite marks. Moreover, it seems unlikely that a dog could cause the damage to the so-called protector beneath it. If it wasn't the dogs, then I just don't understand the reasoning behind it."
