It is important to note that on November 2, a fatal double hit-and-run occurred in Yerevan. At approximately 06:15, a 47-year-old resident of Aragatsotn Province, Seno G., while driving a VAZ 211440, struck a pedestrian on Hasratyan Street. The driver did not flee the scene, provided assistance to the injured middle-aged woman, called the emergency service at 1-03, and informed the operational management center of the Yerevan traffic police about the incident. Those present at the scene reported that the driver even spoke with the injured woman, who claimed that there was no need to call an ambulance. Nevertheless, the driver proceeded to call for help.
Before the ambulance arrived, another vehicle, which the driver noticed but we cannot disclose the make due to the preliminary investigation's interests, hit the woman again, and the driver of that vehicle fled the scene. Unfortunately, the woman succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
