Car Collision in Yerevan Involves Mercedes and Opel; Several Injured

On January 28, a car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 20:40, on Nubarashen Highway, known to locals as "Flower Street," vehicles identified as a Mercedes with license plate 35 CP 144 and an Opel Vectra with license plate 35 QQ 779 collided.

According to photographer Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, three individuals were taken to Erebuni Medical Center with injuries. Traffic police officers from Yerevan and firefighters from the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene. Personnel from the 'Disaster Medicine Center' of Armenia's Ministry of Emergency Situations also arrived promptly.

The responsible officer on duty at Yerevan’s Traffic Police operational management center, Arshak Grigoryan, reported the incident to the Department for Investigation of Road Traffic Accidents, where a duty group led by Department Head Khachik Samvelyan was dispatched. The police are working to identify the drivers and the injured individuals.
