Video: Can any bum now abuse a driver? Avinyan

Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan stated during a city council meeting that it is challenging to implement significant and profound reforms with the current composition of the council.

“Numerous problems arise due to the narratives, particularly from the opposition members, which encourage irresponsible behavior, disrespect for the community, and its property,” the mayor said.

According to him, these issues are often painful and not populist, but the city needs address them.

“Let me point out that we are not discussing real issues in this hall. We are discussing whatever some faction believes will give them a better rating at that moment. Now any bum can abuse a driver and say, ‘I was protesting,’” noted Tigran Avinyan.
