VIDEO: Man Opens Fire on People in Kyiv, Casualties Reported
A man opened fire on several people in the streets of Kyiv and took hostages at a hypermarket. Reports indicate that the shooter is 60 years old, with at least 4 fatalities and multiple injuries.
Special forces successfully neutralized the armed man. This information has been reported by the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
