VIDEO: Those Who Distribute and Receive Bribes Will Be Arrested, Rubinyan

“The associates of the Kaluga oligarch have been caught once again distributing electoral bribes. This is not surprising, because we are dealing with a force that has been clearly and purposefully sent to Armenia to steal our elections,” said Ruben Rubinyan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, in a video message posted on his Facebook page.

“They think they can buy the people of Armenia. They might have mixed up the people of Armenia with the residents of Nizhny Tagil. But we will explain to them the reality. Dear compatriots, if you have any connection with the Kaluga oligarch's team and are involved with that team, know this: if you distribute electoral bribes or violate the ban on charity, you will be arrested—regardless of your gender, age, or family status. You will be arrested,” he stated.
