Arthur Sargsyan to Remain Under House Arrest

The Court of Appeals has rejected the appeal against the extension of house arrest for MP Arthur Sargsyan. 'As was predictable, the RA Court of Appeals, presided by Judge A. Matevosyan, denied the special review appeal submitted by the defense against the first-instance court's decision regarding the extension of the house arrest period for MP Arthur Sargsyan,' wrote lawyer Emin Khachatryan on his Facebook page.
