“Why should the price of gas increase?” said the Vice President of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan during a briefing with journalists.

In response to the observation that the President of the Russian Federation hinted at it, Rubinyan stated, “The President of the Russian Federation did not make such a hint; it is certain political forces in Armenia and their affiliated media outlets that make such hints.”
