Video: Direct Israel-Lebanon Talks Begin

Lebanon and Israel have commenced their first direct negotiations in decades in Washington. The countries, which have not had diplomatic relations since 1948, are represented by their ambassadors in the U.S., Nada Hamadeh Muawad for Lebanon and Yehiel Laytter for Israel. The talks are taking place with the participation of U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
