Trump Calls Italian Prime Minister Meloni Unacceptable
United States President Donald Trump has criticized Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. This comes after Meloni condemned Trump's statements regarding Pope Francis.
Trump stated that Meloni is unacceptable to him and expressed concern that she is not worried about Iran possessing nuclear weapons. The U.S. president revealed he is in shock and previously thought the prime minister had courage, but he feels he was mistaken.
According to him, Iran could destroy Italy in two minutes if given the opportunity. He also questioned whether Italians are comfortable with their leader not supporting them in obtaining oil. Trump mentioned that he asked them to send whatever they want, but they refuse, as they consider NATO to be a 'paper tiger.'
