Smart Traffic Lights, Road Signs, and Truck Scheduling: Minister's Remarks

Auroranews.am discussed with the Minister of Internal Affairs, Arpine Sargsyan, about the installation of smart traffic lights on certain streets, road signs, and the need to change the scheduling of trucks in the city.

"Smart traffic lights, solar-powered traffic signals should be installed on certain streets so that police officers do not have to work as traffic lights. Can the Ministry of Internal Affairs urge the Yerevan municipality to find a solution to this issue? Regarding road signs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will implement the installations and changes, while the municipal authorities will handle the technical aspects such as installation, maintenance, and repairs. As for the truck scheduling issue, why is it just on paper, and what solutions are needed?" The minister's response can be viewed in the video.
