VIDEO: One of Your Sons Emigrated to Belarus to Hide from Armenian Justice, Rubinyan

“It is quite amusing to see how Tsarukyan and the Russian oligarch talk about the need to reduce emigration rates. Citizens, you have shared power with each other for decades. Why didn't you reduce the rates of emigration?” said Vice President of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan in a video posted on his Facebook page.

“You are unable to stop and prevent your own emigration,” Rubinyan concluded.
